Cooking and eating good food has always been one of the great pleasures of my life. On this site I've tried to assemble some of my favorite recipes, both so I can keep track of them myself and so that others can share them. I've also included some cooking tips I've learned through the years, and links to other recipe and cooking sites that I enjoy.

 

My main dishes are based around seafood. I have always loved being by the sea and eating its wonderful creatures.
